1、Product Introduction:
Glass evacuated solar tubes are the key components of the Solar Collector. Each evacuated tube consists of two glass tubes. The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass that is able to resist impact from hail with a diameter up to 25mm. The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glass, but coated with a special selective coating which features an excellent solar heat absorption rate and a minimal heat reflecting rate.
The air is withdrawn (evacuated) from the space between the two glass tubes to form a vacuum, which eliminates all conductive and convective heat loss. Unlike all other types of solar collectors, evacuated tube solar collectors still provide an excellent result on a cloudy day. This is because the tubes are able to absorb the energy from infrared rays, which are able to pass through clouds. Wind and low temperatures also have less of an effect on the function of evacuated tubes when comparing them to flat plate solar collectors. This difference occurs because of the insulating properties of the vacuum.
As the key component of the solar collector, the evacuated tube has a production process which is optimized in geometry and performance.
The tube is composed of two concentric glass tubes which in each case are half spherically closed on one side and fused together on the other.
In order to make use of the solar power, the internal glass tube is equipped with an environmental friendly highly selective layer on its external surface and is thus designed to operate as an absorber.
This coating is protected within the vacuum gap. It contains a layer of aluminum-nitrite sputters which is characterized by a low emission and a very good absorption rate.
2、 Introduction of Titan Vacuum Tube(High temperature application vacuum tubes)
In cooperation with Tsinghua University and with the support of Yin Zhiqiang “the father of Chinese Solar”, Linuo in 2009 invented the middle-temperature solar collector tube. It is a high-level solar collector tube and the first product in the field of all glass evacuated solar collector tubes to achieve applicability on a middle temperature level.
By applying the technology of plasma anti-reflection coating inside of the outer tube, the transmission is now close to the theoretical limit; the current transmission is τ≥0.91.
Flash getters collocate with non-flash getters inside the vacuum tube; the vacuum tube can therefore be kept under high temperatures.
The technology of ‘Ti-coating’ is used to fill the gaps in the domestic residential areas and reach advanced international standards. The absorption rate of the coating is α≥0.96, the emission ε≤0.05.
The operation temperature can reach 280℃. The product can be used for solar heating, solar cooling, industrial heating, agricultural drainage, sea-water desalinization and so on.
